(Information about the voting process can be found below the candidate profiles)

Sheila Hall, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties

Sheila grew up in a large farming family just outside of St. Louis, MO, which taught her values and work ethic.

After attending the University of Tampa, she served in the US Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller.
During her tenure with the US military and subsequent corporate relocations, Sheila lived all over the world before making Park City her home.

Her 23 year marriage to her best friend, AJ, produced two beautiful children aged 14 & 16.
She has been an active volunteer in the Park City School District serving on parent / teacher boards and is currently beginning her fourth consecutive year as Treasurer of the PTSO board at Treasure Mountain Junior High.

All of these experiences have shaped Sheila into a competent and compassionate REALTOR®.
Over the last two years, she has been committed to PCBR members, volunteering as one of our MLS instructors because it allows her the opportunity to engage with so many agents.  She has served on several Board Committees and makes time to participate and engage in Board events.
Sheila hopes that you see her as someone you can reach out to with questions and concerns. She would sincerely like you to know, that with her, you have a true representative at your back.

Joanne O'Connell, KW Park City Keller Williams

Members of the Park City Board of REALTORS®,

My name is Joanne O’Connell, and I am a candidate for the Board of Directors. I began my professional career as a CPA. In 1999, my husband, John, and I moved to Park City where we raised our two amazing children in the Park City School District.  My desire to work with others led me to immerse myself in the community through various positions as Treasurer for school and athletic committees, HOA boards, and volunteering for non-profits. I have found over the years, that it is important for me to be a part of other organizations to stay in touch with our wonderful community.

I began actively practicing real estate in Park City in 2005.  My real estate career began at Glenwild Realty and moved to Keller Williams in 2009, when I felt the need to expand my services to incorporate our entire community.  Upon joining Keller Williams, I became actively involved with the Board of REALTORS® and for many years have been an active member of the Professional Development, Statistics, Special Awards, and MLS Committees, from which I have gained invaluable interaction and friendships with agents from other brokerages and affiliate members.

My volunteer community service work has included:
•    Serving every other week for the last nine years at the St. Mary’s Food Bank;
•    Serving as one of the original four board members who formed and established the Summit Ski Team at Canyons (which has grown to support 130 Park City youth skiers annually);
•    Serving as one of the original five board members who created and established the Park City Girls Lacrosse program (which has grown and matured to win the State Championship 3 out of the last 4 years);
•    Teaching religious education classes for six years at St. Mary’s Catholic Church;
•    Supporting various Christian Center fundraisers and community outreach programs.

I believe that my professionalism, dedication and leadership skills would benefit the Park City Board of REALTORS®, and I would be honored to serve and represent you.
